I do not have evening or after-3 pm appointments available and only work with individual adults. All appointments are via video or phone.

  • Most of my clients have found that they make and maintain the most meaningful growth when attending weekly. Biweekly sessions might be appropriate after we have worked together for a while and have maintained progress. If you are concerned about cost, let’s chat more.

  • I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network. Otherwise, my practice is fee-for-service which means you pay for services, then have the option to seek potential reimbursement from your insurance provider for out-of-network services. The best way to find out if your insurance company reimburses out-of-network is to call them directly and ask if you have out-of-network benefits for mental health services delivered by telehealth. My self-pay fees are $165 per 55 minute session and $200 for the initial assessment.

  • I see clients during typical business hours Tuesday through Thursday. The latest appointment I schedule is at 4 pm. My late afternoon spots are the most requested, and are currently full. I do have a waiting list for current clients on a first-come, first served basis for highly requested appointment times.
